Commissions

Hello! this will be the new sheet that I will be using for commissions here on out, it will be updated depending on commission availability and further price alterations. (prices discussed with you will still apply in case this is altered during your pending commission)

Here are some additional rules to commissions not mentioned on the sheet (to help reduce cluttering it)

1.) Please note me if you would like a commission
2.) Feel free to commission anything non mlp related, i'm rather flexible.
3.) All slots are first come first served(unless a slot is "reserved" by you, but only if I know you will be ready to commission/pay within that week)
4.) I am willing to exchange any contact information if need be (skype,email,discord) I will say discord is preferred
5.) All payment is done through paypal, no other means may be used 
6.) Mild NSFW and gore are acceptable (although it's up to me how "adult" i'm willing to go)
7.) You may use commissioned art for promotional mean (like an album cover or self advertising) However I must be informed beforehand and I MUST be credited in some way for being the artist. (I have a right to claim the art, commissioned or not)
8.) I can also turn down a commission offer for any reason (usually an alternative will be discussed)
9.) Like the sheet says, 1/3rd will need to provided up front for the sketch of your piece as a deposit, if the sketch is done and approved the rest must be provided before going further on the piece.
10.) If I complete the sketch and the deposit is payed, then that deposit is non refundable (since the sketch was still payed for and provided) In the rare case that I cancel or can no longer do the commission I will offer a full refund. (this only applies if it is ceased on my end)
11.) Any sketches requested to be done after the third for a piece, will have an additional charge of 5$.
12.)Tight deadlines may not work well for me, and an offer may be turned down if your commission has one
13.) I will still do traditional if you want, be sure to note me if that is something you're interested in!
14.) i'm pretty negotiable, especially if you want a larger piece. so feel free to haggle me a bit if things get too pricey, i'm willing to work with an offer if it's reasonable and still within   some of these prices
15.) Finally, note me if you have any questions, i'll try to get back to you as soon as possible~

Sorry if some of these rules sound a little harsh, but most are pretty situational.(and serve as a way to protect me from some things) As always I try my best to deliver what you want in a commission in the end though. I appreciate both being considered and possibly working with you in the future. Take care
