To be honest this is my first critique but I will try my best!~
First of all this is a very cute concept but it does need work.
One thing that i see here is that you are using black or something along the lines of black( a rather dark version of the color) for shading. That is fine for a few things but not always fantastic for others. just try setting the color only a bit darker than the Original color. The second thing I noticed was the hair texture. if you are shooting for realistic try smoothing the hair outline out a bit or make the hair sticking out longer. In Aj's eyes you should also put some high lights (shine) into it. even though the pupils are higher up the light is still shining on them.
Another tip is to not make the drawing that blurry. Put a few solid spots here and there ya know!~
the last thing is wobbly strokes. I know some artist cant help that in digital work but is all in carefulness. It is a bit hard at first but trust me, it will get easier!~
sorry if my critique is bad but it was my first = v =

Keep up the great work and have a wonderful day!~ U w U
